Life Unbinged® is a Biblically-based program and community to help women gain freedom from food addiction. Jesus came to give us life and to live it to the fullest, and being in bondage to food is not part of that plan. When we Surrender to HIM in our daily walk, we are able to put Jesus on the throne of our lives and turn to Him for comfort rather than turning to food and overeating.
The meal plan and boundaries are from the original food addicts program. The four boundaries (3 meals a day, measured, and free from sugar and flour) are wonderful, but we believe that there is a 5th boundary that is even more important; time in God’s Word and growing in our relationship with Him.
Along with food boundaries, the focus of Life Unbinged is growing in our relationship with the Lord, understanding His great love for us, living like we’re loved, learning how to overcome temptation, renewing our mind, learning how not to grieve the Holy Spirit, defeating the enemy, getting to the root of the problem, and so much more.
